Annual Subscriptions are now due

From the Secretary

Dear member,

It is time for you to pay your annual membership fee. We are a membership society not a show based society and as such your annual fee covers you for insurance in case of accident, the right to be in all or none of the productions and all the other activities.

The membership fee for 2016 is £50 but if you are a young member (over 16 and under the age of 18 and in full time education), the fee is £25.

The membership fee must be paid in full by 31st March 2016. You can, alternatively, agree with the Treasurer (Brian Booker 01843581825 an arrangement to pay in instalments over a period agreed between you and him.

If you are currently rehearsing with us for a production viz. Honk! or G and S Concerts, then you will not be able to take part if your subscription has not been paid in full by 31st March 2016, unless of course you are paying by an agreed instalment plan.

You can pay me on any Thursday (full amount or instalment) as I am normally there usually until the break is over. You can of course pay monies directly to Brian Booker.

The Society is a registered charity and can claim an additional sum based on your membership subscription or any other separate donation. It does not cost you anything. All you have to do is fill in a special form that I can give you, stating that you wish to gift aid your membership fee to the Society. You have to earn enough to be paying tax and that you pay more tax than your gift aid. If you want any further information please talk to me.

Best wishes

Bob Drywood
